Pisces Conservation will provide training in fish identification for fisheries and environmental professionals, and students, tailored for individual needs, and covering a full range of commercial and common species, as well as more unusual deeper-water fish and rare migrant species.

Pisces Conservation staff have many years' experience studying fish, both in the field and in the laboratory, and are familiar with the range of species encountered in trawl surveys and CW impingement studies around the UK. Our monitoring work gives us the opportunity to build up a superb collection of common and unusual fish species.
In addition, we are the authors and publishers of the Identification Guide to the Inshore Fish of the British Isles; considered the definitive guide to British fish ID.
